How do you know when the agendas of your mind and ego are controlling your life?

We will co-create safe and sacred space for you to explore and answer these questions. For greater awareness of what is directing your life, we will examine the behaviors and patterns the ego and mind create. Each time this awareness happens, you’ll live your Soul's purpose more fully from your authentic self. We‘ll also share techniques to give the ego and mind a new purpose to support the continued harmonious unfolding, embodiment, expression and growth of your Soul and spiritual life.
This will be powerful, focused, interactive weekend designed for those who are experienced in, and committed to, spiritual exploration and self-reflection. Your attendance is highly recommended if you are dedicated to doing the work needed to awaken from the dream of the ego, free yourself from submission to the dictates of the mind, deepen your awareness of and connection with your essence, and raise/quicken your spiritual vibration to maintain a state of peace.

When you, as the spiritual being you are, explore your inner territory, it’s not always pretty. To get to the truth it’s definitely worth recognizing and moving through the discomfort, criticism, avoidance, fear and flight responses the ego and mind will generate. Becoming aware of how these aspects work, giving them a new purpose, and making different choices will pave the path for self-awareness and expression of your authentic self.
There are many subtle and obvious things the ego and mind do to keep their positions of authority and control. It’s the ego that gets invested in protecting itself, winning, achieving and looking good, unless you happen to have the kind of ego that uses losing and drama to get attention. Since childhood, the ego has been creating its world of safety and knows how put on a good show to maintain it. Then, the mind uses thoughts, assumptions, beliefs and the fear vibration to trigger and jangle the emotional and mental bodies in order to stay in control and keep you obedient to outside influences and authority figures. This ensures that the personality will avoid the truth of what the ego and mind are doing . . . which ultimately keeps your true self, encapsulated in the soul, from expressing itself fully. So, with loving kindness and direct honesty, we’ll be exploring these areas together.
