Tonia Pinheiro, founder and president of The Wake Up! Company, delivers successful, customer-valued services to executives, managers, professionals, employees, students and individuals who are committed to making change in their organizations and within themselves. She has a passion and talent for catalyzing shifts in perception and awareness. She supports those who want to explore, risk, and experiment with moving through resistance, making new choices, and taking actions in order to live and work in integrity with expressed values. Her practice of human resources and study of the human condition has continued for over 35 years. She has held senior management positions in public, private, corporate, non-profit, and spiritual organizations and has served on the board of directors of several non-profit creative, educational and spiritual organizations.
Tonia holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, a B.A. in Legal Services from U.Mass Boston's College of Public and Community Services, and is a CoachU Graduate.
